Dennis Feld has been practicing in Rio Rancho and Albuquerque for over 22 years.  He has tried cases in Bernalillo County (Albuquerque), Sandoval County (Rio Rancho), and the Federal Court, District of New Mexico including mainly the Bankruptcy Court.  Prior to that he practiced in Illinois (where he is still licensed) for some 20 years. He was also a bank examiner for the Federal Reserve System and in the legal department of one of the four banks in Chicago that created the current credit card system. He drafted many of the documents necessary to implement the system. 

The outcome of bankruptcy law  cases are  often dependent on other laws such as domestic relations (divorce), real estate, business entities,  trusts, probate,  and taxation.  It is important for an attorney to know how these laws relate to each other when representing you in any of these areas.
